Admission & Withdrawal
• The school management holds full authority regarding admission and continuation of any student.
• A valid Birth Certificate must be submitted at the time of admission. Date of birth once recorded will not be changed.
• Transfer/Leaving Certificate from the previous school is mandatory within 15 days, otherwise admission may be cancelled.
• Admissions are mainly conducted at the start of the academic session. Entry during the session is limited and subject to approval.
• Selection is based on an entrance test and final approval of the Principal.
• A one-month notice is required for withdrawal; otherwise, one month’s fee will be charged.
• Leaving Certificate will be issued only after clearing all dues and must be requested by parents.
• Minimum age for Class I is 5 years as on 1st March of the academic year.
• Admission is confirmed only after submitting a complete application form with required documents.
• All submitted documents are non-returnable.
• Promotion depends on overall performance, attendance, and assessments.
• The school’s examination results will be considered final.
Rules of Discipline
• Students must reach school at least 5 minutes before time; late entry requires parent’s permission.
• Discipline must be maintained at all times; follow bell signals and be ready for class.
• Students are not allowed to leave classrooms or roam without permission.
• Homework must be completed regularly and neatly.
• English communication is compulsory within the school campus.
• School property must be handled carefully; any damage will be chargeable.
• Borrowing/lending money or items is not allowed without permission.
• Students cannot leave school during hours without written parent request and approval.
• Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
• School is not responsible for lost items; avoid bringing valuables.
• Students must maintain proper behavior and respect towards teachers and others.
• Uniform should be neat and worn properly during school hours.
• In case of illness, parents must inform the school; medical fitness is required to rejoin.
• No ornaments, makeup, or long nails are allowed; hair must be neat and properly tied.
